To all our colleagues:

The COVID-19 pandemic has gotten the best and even the worst in us. In a snap, everything we have planned for the year were frozen, some permanently cancelled. We were forced to stay home and limit our activities, uncertain as to when will things go back to normal. Until slowly, we have gotten used to this situation and had to move forward and onward.

As we enter the new normal world, we start to plan, we start to rebuild, and we start to learn to live with the virus. Our 2020 milestone event may have been cancelled but we should not stop there. We must rise anew and move forward.

It is thus an honor to invite you all, our colleagues and friends, to the first Virtual Midyear Convention to be broadcasted live from Baguio City on May 19-21, 2021. We may be physically apart in celebrating this Milestone Event but rest assured that this will not be a hindrance in making this occasion memorable for all of us. This will be an event like no other.

On behalf of all the Officers and Board of Directors of the Chapter, we warmly welcome you virtually to this majestic City and together, let us celebrate the 25th year of our PAMET midyear convention albeit virtual. Keep safe everyone and may God bless and protect us all.

Registration Guidelines

  1. REGISTRATION OPENS ON 05 February 2021.
  2. Open to PAMET Members and Non-Members. Valid and updated 2021 PAMET membership is a requirement for PAMET Members
  3. Certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the convention upon submission online of the evaluation form and post-tests for all sessions.
  4. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER APRIL 5, 2021. 50% of the payment is refundable when cancellation is made on or before April 5, 2021. A written request for refund must be submitted and refunds may be made through CHECKS under the PAYOR’s name only.
    IMPORTANT NOTICE: This refund is applicable only to delegates who registered effective February 5, 2021. This does not cover the delegates who already registered last year and were not able to refund until September 30, 2020.

Registration Procedure

PAMET MEMBERS

  1. Pay the registration fee and secure an image/ screenshot of the deposit transaction slip.
  2. Log-in to the PAMET Member’s Portal using your PAMET Web Account.
  3. Select the 25th Midyear Convention under the CPD Activities.
  4. Click REGISTER and provide payment information. Upload a scanned copy / screenshot of the deposit transaction slip (or voucher), and click SUBMIT REGISTRATION.
  5. An email will be sent once payment has been validated within 3-5 days after registration.

Note: Make sure your membership is updated. If not, contact your local Chapter and renew your membership.

NON-MEMBERS

  1. Pay the registration fee and secure an image/ screenshot of the deposit transaction slip.
  2. Accomplish the Non-Member registration.
  3. An email will be sent once payment has been validated within 3-5 days after registration.

This will be a broadcasted virtual event similar to the PAMET 56th Virtual Annual Convention. Instructions and details on how to enter the virtual convention hall and how to view the live broadcast will be posted soon.
